1. B2B information service
This website is provided by Jinjiang Fuleya Trading Co., LTD for business buyers researching power tools, export supply, private-label programs and tooling development. It is not a consumer web shop.
2. No contract from website use
Submitting an inquiry, adding products to an RFQ or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create an order, distribution appointment, agency, exclusivity arrangement or binding sales contract. A transaction exists only when authorised parties confirm the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or signed agreement in writing.
3. Product information and availability
Images, descriptions and specifications are reference information. Product versions, voltage, plug, certification, documentation, colour, branding, kit contents, MOQ, lead time, price and availability must be confirmed in a written quotation. We may correct errors or update information without notice.
4. OEM, private label and tooling
Private-label, packaging, colour, configuration and tooling requests are subject to technical review, MOQ, sample approval, commercial terms and written confirmation. Tool ownership, exclusivity, maintenance, storage, modification, refund or credit conditions and use by third parties must be stated in the signed tooling agreement.
5. Intellectual property
Freya site content and presentation may not be copied for commercial use without permission. DCA, DongCheng and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply that Freya owns those brands. Private-label images indicate customisation availability, not a completed branded production order.
6. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with site security, submit false or unlawful requests, misuse product materials, scrape the service excessively or attempt unauthorised access. We may block abusive traffic or reject submissions that cannot be verified.
7. External services and liability
Links to external websites or communication services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Freya is not responsible for indirect losses caused solely by reliance on unconfirmed website information. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy, warranty, changes and contact
