Essential session storage keeps your RFQ list and unfinished form in your browser. Optional analytics is disabled by default and loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or free-text requirements to analytics.
6. Retention
Non-transactional inquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up and avoid repeating product reviews. Records connected to orders, contracts, disputes, accounting or legal duties may be retained longer where required. Browser session data is removed when the session ends or when you clear it.
7. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct or delete your inquiry information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw analytics consent. Contact inquiry@freyapowertools.com with enough information for us to locate the record. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
8. Security, children and updates
